All sales are subject to confirmation of specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.

Due to the nature of furniture products—especially bulk and customized orders—refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or documentation.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be processed only after inspection and approval by our team.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Bulk or corporate orders once confirmed

Customized or made-to-order products

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Orders where changes are requested after confirmation

 

4. Replacement Policy

In cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement timelines will depend on product availability and logistics and will be communicated accordingly.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only before order confirmation or production commencement.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be permitted or may incur charges based on the stage of processing.

 

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or an agreed alternative method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

 

7. Shipping and Installation Charges

Shipping, handling, and installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
